Complaint management for “grüner Knopf” activated

EuroComfort Group from Bocholt sets up complaints management as part of the state “grüner Knopf” quality seal

The companies Badenia Bettcomfort GmbH & Co. KG, Brinkhaus GmbH and Lück GmbH & Co. KG as part of the EuroComfort Group have been certified to label products with the state “Grüner Knopf” seal since the fall of 2020. The certification is associated with an alignment of the company’s policy with the following five main topics: risk identification, implementation of preventive measures, transparent external communication, and the establishment of a complaints management and redress in the event of negative impacts in the supply chain. All topics have now been successfully implemented and brought to life. This also includes the recently installed complaint reporting system, which has been set up in the form of an online contact form for the appropriately certified companies of the EuroComfort Group.
